I have had no success in locating the answer to your question.
There are currently 28 members of the 3000 hit club, ranging from Pete Rose with 4,256 to Roberto Clemente with 3,000.
The answer can be researched at baseball-reference.com. They will have all the cumulative records for each of these players, you would be able to sort out who had the fewest extra base hits, as their stats would be complete with that breakdown.
I doubt if it would be in a list of the 3000 hit club; but referenced through each of their individual career totals.
