Marty asked: Are a "double header" and a day/night the same?

Are they both referred to as a double header?

Rick answered: Marty, thank you for your question.

Double header and a day/night double header are the same thing.

They are also called a twin bill.

I see you live in Canandaigua, New York.

My mother and father were both born and raised there. My father's name was Paul Bundy, my mother's maiden name was Mary Walbridge.

When they married, they moved to Elmira Heights. We moved to Tucson, Az in 1957, for my father's health.

Yours in baseball,

Rick
