"Perfect practice" makes perfect

People say that practice makes perfect not true its perfect practice make perfect. You have to give 110% in everyday practice and make it a perfect practice each and every single time and thats how you become a great baseball player!!!!!

Bryce, thank you for your quote. It is definitely true.

Your mind and body learn what you teach them, whether right or wrong.

I believe I read somewhere that it takes about 1200 correct repetitions to change a bad habit.

The hard times to stay in that 110% mode are those long off season days when it is just you, or you and a buddy. Your most significant gains are made in those days.

Once practice starts, individual time is at a premium.
