After a player makes a error we tell him To "Flush it" Like down the toilet. In fact one game my Fall ball team had was so bad told the boys to go home and all flush the toilet...... went on a 4 game win streak
Skip Bertman, retired and legendary LSU Baseball Coach and AD went as far as to have a little miniature toilet in the dugout. Must have had this made, or maybe there are novelty shops that have them.
Player needed to erase something, they would go over and pull the handle. Problem gone, move forward.
Big part of their team mental game, back in the day.
