Players always follow their throws:

Base hit to LF who throws to 3B who throws to Catcher who throws to 2B who rolls the ball to SS who throws to 1B who throws a fly ball to RF who drops the ball in a bucket and runs to LF.

Players must sprint at all times.

How I do "Around the World"
by: Anonymous

All the same up to the catcher, and then he throws grounder to SS, who throws to 1B, who throws fly or grounder to RF who throws to 2B. 2B puts ball in bucket. Meanwhile, CF, which is the only position not involved, moves to LF to get the coach's fungo. Likewise, everyone else has moved to their next position. A good drill for team awareness, and surprisingly, conditioning.
